Leadership and service run deep in my family. I grew up in a Navy family, under the example of my father and grandfather’s service. I received my BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University before following in my father and grandfather’s footsteps as a Navy submarine officer. I served in the Navy all over the world for 8 years, including two deployments.
After leaving the Navy, I received my MBA from Harvard Business School and started Windward Legacy immediately after graduating. At Windward Legacy, we are laser-focused on managing teams, driving results, and sharing in the impact that businesses have on their employees, customers, and communities.
